A startup delivery app, Onlivery, needed rebranding and repositioning for a stronger re-launch. It had budget constraints, new competition from international giants entering the market, and old hybrid technology with a rigid backend that wasn’t flexible enough to meet the evolving requirements of different restaurants. Our task was to advantageously incubate, support and launch the new online delivery app and website all the way from branding & design to the tiniest technical detail.
Following meticulous market study and business model assessment, we offered Onlivery a whole year of services and hosting space. This made it ideal for us to work more closely with the client to create a bespoke brand with the most innovative and efficient online delivery solution: rethinking the mobile application UX and UI, rebuilding the application backend architecture, and redeveloping the app for optimal flexibility and scalability. We also focused on the development of an ecommerce website, adding gamification features to the mobile application, and running different campaigns to attract and retain more users.
