The Task

Logma is a first of its kind fast-casual Khaleeji restaurant in the UAE. The brand stood out from the minute it launched, gathering a crowd eager to try their unique fusion food.
Having developed their brand identity, packaging and environment branding, we moved on to handle their digital presence. We developed, designed and launched a simple, modern and user-friendly e-commerce website. The customer journey was designed to be smooth and flexible, allowing visitors to browse the items and place their orders flawlessly. The intuitive backend interface allowed the restaurant to manage the received orders and process them easily.
For more enhanced customer experience, we created a digital comment card with an internal rating system and a customized thank you message. The comment card was linked to a CRM system where all the entries are saved, filtered and analyzed.
The Khaleeji look & feel of the brand attracted both locals and expats looking for a unique experience in modern Arabian gastronomy.
