We were tasked with taking over both BLC Bank and We Initiative’s digital platforms. Keeping in mind that BLC is a bank, we had to be careful with the tone of voice, achieving a sweet middle ground between corporate and inviting, by making sure it conveys trust and credibility, and still maintaining a sense of playfulness so that the content comes off as appealing and interesting to the audience.
We Initiative, on the other hand, is BLC’s women empowerment program that focuses on growing and expanding the capabilities of the women’s workforce in Lebanon by providing them with financial and business support. We developed their digital strategy, content matrix and overall online tone of voice, and also handled all their social media platforms, developing their monthly content calendar and producing all the content for them.
