Al Hatab is the leading bakery chain in Saudi Arabia with branches in all the major cities. Having totally revamped the brand, their visual identity and communication, our next task was to build their digital presence, starting with a user-friendly, and easy to browse website, that would act as an online directory for their full product lines.
The website’s main objective was to showcase the great variety of products, with detailed information about the ingredients and nutritional facts. It features the product of the week, monthly promotions, as well as brand announcements, such as the opening of new branches. Users can check the different locations on an interactive map, then click on the desired one to receive the Google Maps directions. The site was built on top of WordPress content management system (CMS) to allow the client maximum flexibility in updating the site’s content. SEO was optimized frequently with the essential keywords customers would look for on Google, which placed the website on top of the organic search list.
The site is also linked to the brand’s social media pages and features their Instagram feed on the homepage.
