Great, cause we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to work as part of the creative team.

Job Overview:

As a Social Media Manager at WonderEight, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering customer loyalty through various social media platforms. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong understanding of social media trends will contribute to the success of our clients’ digital presence.

Your Role is to…

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with clients’ brand objectives and target audience.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others.
  • Liaise seamlessly with your colleagues and peers from other departments (Account management, Creative) to produce work that consistently delivers on the brands’ objectives, leverages key occasions and elevates creative standards.
  • Manage and maintain clients’ social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, and tone of voice.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to engage with the target audience.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create visual assets, including graphics, videos, and animations, for social media content.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Identify and leverage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and other opportunities for brand amplification.
  • Develop social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and copywriters, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and delivering successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and compelling social media content.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique and innovative social media strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive optimization and improve campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
