Great, cause we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work as part of the creative team.
- Design Creation: Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, brand collateral, social media content, print and digital advertisements, packaging, website graphics, and more.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with account managers, creative team and clients to understand project goals, client requirements, and creative briefs. Work closely with copywriters to integrate visual and textual content effectively. Coordinate directly with the production team/Finalizer to ensure final design assets are prepared and optimized for various platforms and mediums.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of design work.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines while developing creative and impactful designs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Visual Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
- Presentation: Present design concepts and ideas to clients, explaining creative choices and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Quality Control: Review and refine design work to ensure it meets the agency’s and clients’ quality standards, paying attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
- Seek feedback and proactively engage in continuous learning to enhance design skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency or related environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva & Ai tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop visually compelling design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss design ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing project needs and priorities.
- Time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
