Great, cause we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to work as part of the client service team.
Job Overview:
As a Senior Strategic Account Manager at WonderEight, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and working collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing and advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Your Role is to…
- As a Sr Account Manager, you are one small step away from being an Account Director. Your have a crucial role is in leading the accounts/ cells you are managing by injecting ongoing strategic input, long-term vision, having a flawless management of projects and optimization of teams/ resources and an eye on financials and profitability.
- Leverage your experience, knowledge, results-oriented mindset and resources provided by WonderEight to effectively lead on your clients’ business needs, delivering excellence, insight, and value.
- Be the ultimate facilitator, both for your clients and your teammates. In other words, you are the person who knows how to build relationships, gets things done and finds solutions to complex problems.
- To adopt and nurture a strategic mindset and express it across a variety of deliveries including but not limited to campaign decks, creative briefs, internal team discussions, business development opportunities.
- Be an idea-driven innovator. Whether you’re discussing a client’s business problem, writing a creative brief, or brainstorming with your teammates, you are consistently looking at the bigger idea or the creative solution that provides focus and inspiration.
- Have a robust grasp of your projects. Your role is to organize the project itself, the people assigned to it, and the end result by ensuring the assignment is done efficiently and with no compromise on quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
- Understand clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, target audience and develop tailored strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop integrated marketing and advertising plans.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
- Handle client feedback and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients, becoming their trusted marketing partner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
- Manage cell team members on a daily basis, assign / schedule needed tasks and conduct the related follow up. Responsible for the cell team members performance appraisals and upskilling.
- Ensure that all client reports are being generated as scheduled in a timely manner (weekly, monthly, social, campaign reports, etc.)
You Are…
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising or equivalent
- Experienced with 6+ years of increasing levels of responsibility in digital marketing / client servicing
- Of strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, with experience in branding, digital marketing, social media, and/or traditional advertising.
- Of proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong in project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Of analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Self-motivated and of proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in industry tools and software, such as CRM systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
