Great, cause we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to work as part of the client service team.
Job Overview:
As an Senior Account Executive at WonderEight, you will be an integral part of the account management team, supporting the Account Manager in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies for our clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our agency.
Your Role is to…
- Support the Account Manager in managing client accounts, including coordinating projects, maintaining timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Assist in developing integrated marketing and advertising plans based on client objectives, target audience, and budgetary constraints.
- Lead on the admin leg of the accounts’ management by ensuring internal & external meetings are followed with accurate, detailed and timely summaries, weekly status reports are drafted and issued on time and other relevant reports/ documents associated with client management are issued consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, strategy, and production, to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate and traffic creative resources, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and gather data to support the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
- Take meeting notes, share minutes of meeting with partners
- Manage the projects documentation on both ends (client and internal); such as dropbox folders, google drives, etc.
- Be in charge of archiving projects every quarter
- Be in charge of managing the project management platform (teamwork) to ensure all projects and tasks are updated in a timely matter & all team members are using the platform religiously
Qualifications
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising or equivalent
- Experienced with 3+ years of increasing levels of responsibility in digital marketing / client servicing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in industry tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
