Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to act as the link between our clients and our digital media performance team.
We need someone who can connect business goals, funnel strategy, campaign setup, tracking, performance analysis, and client reporting.
The right candidate would be able to understand what the client is trying to achieve, ensure the team is building the right campaigns and measurement setup, and translate results into clear business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the digital media performance team.
- Understand each client’s business, objectives, audience, and growth priorities.
- Translate client needs into clear campaign briefs and actionable direction for internal teams.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the right conversion funnel, from awareness to lead generation and conversion.
- Work with the performance team to make sure campaign structures, objectives, and tracking are correctly set up.
- Help ensure proper implementation of pixels, conversion events, UTM structures, KPIs, and reporting logic.
- Review campaign results and assess whether performance is aligned with the client’s goals.
- Present reports, insights, and recommendations in a clear and consultative way.
- Turn data into a strong performance story that highlights our strategic added value.
- Coordinate with media, strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure quality execution.
- Build strong client relationships that drive trust, retention, and growth.
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts through smarter strategic guidance and additional services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or performance marketing within an agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital channels such as paid social, search, display, video, and remarketing.
- Good knowledge of conversion funnels, campaign objectives, tracking, and digital measurement.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially with non-technical clients.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Exposure to clients in KSA or GCC as a plus.
