Great, cause we’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to work as part of the Creative team.
The work you’ll do:
- In charge of enhancing and maintaining the company culture, promoting core values, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment
- Participate in initial interviews and screening candidates for further consideration
- Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, providing orientation, and introducing them to company policies and procedures
- Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employees’ performance, growth, and development
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop high-quality learning materials, including instructor-led training sessions, e-learning modules, and multimedia content
- Design, implement, and facilitate engaging training programs that address identified learning objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain innovative and relevant
- Develop and maintain succession planning programs to identify and nurture high-potential team members
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting and supporting ongoing professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and support talent development strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to develop effective and engaging training materials
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in utilizing various learning methodologies and technologies, including e-learning platforms, multimedia tools, and virtual learning environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
