Great, cause we’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to work as part of the Creative team.

The work you’ll do:

• In charge of enhancing and maintaining the company culture, promoting core values, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment
• Participate in initial interviews and screening candidates for further consideration
• Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, providing orientation, and introducing them to company policies and procedures
• Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employees’ performance, growth, and development
• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop high-quality learning materials, including instructor-led training sessions, e-learning modules, and multimedia content
• Design, implement, and facilitate engaging training programs that address identified learning objectives
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain innovative and relevant
• Develop and maintain succession planning programs to identify and nurture high-potential team members
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting and supporting ongoing professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and support talent development strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to develop effective and engaging training materials
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in utilizing various learning methodologies and technologies, including e-learning platforms, multimedia tools, and virtual learning environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
