Great, cause we’re looking for a Creative Director to lead our Creative team.

The work you’ll do:

  • Creative Leadership: Provide visionary creative direction and leadership to the design team, inspiring and guiding them to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with clients, account managers and the creative team to develop creative concepts including graphics, illustrations, layouts, multimedia elements, in addition to visual strategies & assets, and design briefs that align with clients’ objectives.
  • Design Direction: Oversee the entire design process, ensuring that concepts are executed with excellence, creativity, and adherence to clients’ brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a creative lead between the agency and clients, presenting design concepts, addressing feedback, and building strong client relationships. Present and pitch creative concepts to clients, explaining the strategic rationale and creative vision behind each idea.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients’ brand identities, market positioning, and business goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the creative team, working closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Also collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and illustrators as needed to support project needs. Coordinate directly  with the production team/Finalizer  to ensure final design assets are prepared and optimized for various platforms and mediums. Work closely with the Creative Director to establish and communicate the agency’s creative vision and standards.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to ensure that the agency’s work remains fresh, cutting-edge, and competitive.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve design work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards, including aesthetics, brand alignment, and creativity.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to junior designers and creative team members.
  • Budget Management: Manage creative project budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or a similar role within a creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva & Ai tools.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to develop unique and innovative design concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding and motivating a creative team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to align creative work with client objectives and brand goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and interact effectively with clients.
