We’re hiring an AI Growth Engineer to build and scale AI-powered growth systems across WonderEight and its clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn AI into real business outcomes — pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
You won’t just use AI tools. You’ll design systems, automate workflows, and deploy AI at scale across marketing and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered outbound engines (cold email, LinkedIn, personalization at scale)
- Design prompt systems for ads, content, and campaign messaging
- Automate lead generation, enrichment, and CRM workflows
- Connect AI tools into the GTM stack (HubSpot, Apollo, CRM, analytics)
- Launch and iterate on growth experiments across the funnel
- Build AI agents and internal tools to scale execution
- Optimize conversion using data, testing, and AI-driven insights
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in Growth, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Applied AI
- Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering
- Hands-on with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Comfortable working with APIs, data, and systems
- Thinks in funnels, systems, and outcomes (not tasks)
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
