WonderEight and Virgin Radio Launch Burger Attack App

In collaboration with branding and interactive agency WonderEight, Virgin Radio launched the Burger Attack mobile application, right after approaching the Classic Burger Joint to sponsor airtime on the station. “We wanted to create an addictive game that was in-line with CBJ’s movement of ‘Burger Addicts”, says WonderEight’s team. The game features VRL morning show’s characters Anthony and Frankie. The player presses on the screen to make Anthony fly to eat burgers and void slippers thrown at him by Frankie. The top five score are used for VRL’s competition that will reward the best players with prizes from CBJ. “The results are great so far, with more than 78,000 downloads in 10 days and a 4-star rating on both iOS and Android stores! We will be maintaining all social media revolving around it, while hoping to reach one million downloads” says the team.
